Product description

Background
Scribble human homologue, human scribble (hScrib),  is a substrate of ubiquitin-mediated degradation by human papillomavirus E6 and the E6AP ubiquitin-protein ligase. hScrib is localised to the basolateral regions of the epithelial cell line MDCK.  The mammalian homolog of Scribble, has a primary structure and subcellular localization similar to that of its fly homolog, but its function remains unknown. hScrib can have a potential role in the suppression of mammalian tumorigenesis.

Quantity: 100 ul

Immunogen:  GST tagged C-terminus of hScrib including PDZ3 and 4.

Type of antibody: polyclonal

Antibody format:  serum, lyophilized
