BLOCK ACE is a new type blocking reagent purified bovine milk proteins for immunological experiments such as ELISA and Western blotting. BLOCK ACE has been shown to have superior performance to 1 % BSA in blocking in ELISA.
[Procedure] Reconstitute each 4g in 100 mL distilled water (fleshly reconstituted solution)
[Applications] we recommend as follow For a blocking solution in ELISA, the using blocking solution is prepared from 4 fold dilution of the fleshly reconstituted solution.
For a blocking solution in Western Blots, the using blocking solution is used the undiluted fleshly reconstituted solution.
For a washing solution in immunological experiments such as ELISA, the using washing solution is prepared from 10 fold dilution of the fleshly reconstituted solution and adding 0.05-0.2 v/v% Tween 20.
For an antibody diluent , the using diluent is prepared from 10 fold dilution of the fleshly reconstituted solution.
