Naked Gold® (Concentrated Gold Sol)


BioAssay Works’s highly concentrated 15 - 50 OD Naked Gold:
• is produced by a proprietary process that does not involve the traditional boiling and
centrifugation methods;
• is made by a unique process allowing the end-user to directly coat antibody or soluble
proteins onto gold without the need to concentrate the gold via centrifugation;
• saves time and reduces waste of antibody and conjugate;
• minimizes the potential for aggregates by eliminating the gold concentration centrifugation
step;
• offers outstanding lot-to-lot consistency;
These unique properties contribute to increased sensitivity and optimized assay performance.

Gold-in-a-Box™ - an easy-to-use kit for preparing highly reactive gold conjugates.
The Gold-in-a-Box kit enables users to quickly determine (in less than one hour) the optimal colloidal gold binding conditions for attaching soluble proteins,
and the Fc portion of purified monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies. The resulting gold particles are highly active, and greatly increase the sensitivity of
lateral flow tests. Also, available separately, is a treated ribbon to produce an optimized gold conjugate pad. Customized components are available upon
