Text Box: High sensibility (100pg/ml Midkine) detection ELISA kit.
Text Box: Possible to detect Midkine in plasma and serum.
Text Box: Midkine is a basic, low molecular-weight protein. Which was discovered by T.Muramatsu et. al. 1988 and belongs to growth factors or cytokines. Midkine expression is strongly induced during oncogenesis. Midkine promotes cell survival and cell migration, and is deeply involved in cancer progression.
Midkine expression is increased in many human carcinomas, such as esophageal, stomach, colon, pancreatic, thyroid, lung, breast, urinary bladder, uterine, ovarian, prostate and hepatocellular carcinomas, neuroblastoma. This phenomenon is observed in about 80% of cases in many types of carcinomas.
This researching kit is able to detect Midkine easily and mass detection.
